Job summary

The role includes performing floor and carpet care, following established policies, and handling trash removal. The position operates Monday through Friday, with early morning shifts and potential overtime.

Candidates should have high school graduation, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience with floor care equipment. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Ability to read warning labels on chemical containers and MSDS sheets.
• Experience in stripping/waxing hard surfaces and carpet cleaning.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Perform all phases of floor and carpet care programs.
• Complete misc. housekeeping duties and trash removal.
• Coordinate carpet and floor care maintenance and schedules.
