Job summary

WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital is hiring a novice-level registered nurse to provide professional patient care within a family-centered model. The role serves as a primary nurse on the unit, coordinating care plans with other disciplines.

The position is full-time (72 hours biweekly) with a 7:00am–7:00pm schedule and weekend/holiday rotation. A sign-on bonus is eligible for this opportunity, with unit-specific skill requirements depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license upon hire; BLS required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications safely.
• Document patient responses and progress in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care planning.
• Support patient safety and quality initiatives.
