Stamford Health is hiring a Part Time 25-hour RN for our Float Pool for DAY SHIFT, 7am to 8pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Connecticut RN license.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; acute care preferred.
• Commitment to an inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care using Nursing Process.
• Supervise non-RN staff and act as unit resource.
• Precept new staff and/or students as requested.
• Adhere to Stamford Hospital policies and safety standards.
• Document care plans, communicate with care teams, and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
