Job summary

Kent Nutrition Group, Inc. in Marshall, MO is seeking a Bagging Operator for first shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) to operate bagging lines and related equipment in a manufacturing environment.

You will follow SOPs, maintain safety and quality standards, and document results. Requires 1+ year manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 55 lbs, and forklift ability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication, verbal, written, and math skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Thorough understanding of GMPs.
• Knowledge of HACCP Feed & Safety Plan.
• Knowledge of FSMA.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of equipment to process and manufacture feed products according to SOPs.
• Operate the bagger, sewing machine, and fork truck safely for optimum production.
• Follow warehouse and loading protocols.
• Ensure quality assurance protocols are met for ingredients, load-out, and bagging.
• Record and document all feed manufactured during shift.
• Assist management with production scheduling and inventory control.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair as needed.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Maintain safety policies and procedures.
