Performance Foodservice in Shawano, WI is seeking a Facility Maintenance worker to perform day-to-day sanitation and upkeep of the warehouse and building. The role requires operating cleaning equipment (floor scrubber/vacuum, pressure washer), and basic maintenance tasks, with emphasis on safety and adherence to processes.

The candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months maintenance experience, OSHA warehouse knowledge, forklift certification, and be able to pass

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Min 6+ months maintenance/repair experience or related area.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements in warehouse environments.
• Forklift certification required.
• Post-offer drug test and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans warehouse and facilities as scheduled.
• Operates cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
• Performs light maintenance such as painting, bulb changes, and minor repairs.
• Handles routine safety checks and keeps work areas tidy.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 85 lbs occasionally.
