Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of facilities, custodial, janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safe handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic maintenance and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and perform standing/walking/bending activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility to uphold a professional environment.
• Stock supplies and support daily operational needs of the workplace.
• Handle waste removal, recycling, and proper disposal procedures.
• Identify and report any facility maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and general facility support duties.
