You will handle tasks from HVAC cleaning to door hardware and fixture replacement, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting showroom and service area.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and the stamina to stand and move throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 60 pounds.
• Experience with commercial cleaning products and equipment preferred.
• Able to work independently with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Clean coils on HVAC units and change oil in air compressors.
• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles and air filters; patch holes as needed.
• Move and assemble furniture; hang pictures and banners.
• Report unsafe conditions and maintain a clean, welcoming dealership environment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and operate standard equipment safely.
