Job summary

The City of Fort Lupton is seeking a full-time janitor to maintain interior and exterior cleaning of City facilities, including snow removal and disinfecting surfaces. The role supports multi-site maintenance and may include leading small teams as needed.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class R driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid/AED within 90 days of hire. Work Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a robust benefit package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Must have valid Class R driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid/AED within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior custodial duties including mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and disinfect fixtures, floors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment and assist in snow removal.
• Stock supplies and assist in training others.
• Follow safety procedures and read chemical MSDS instructions.
