Job summary

Lynx EMS is seeking an EMT for the Day Shift to deliver emergency and non-emergency patient transport across the region. You will be involved in hospital discharges, scheduled transports, interfacility transfers, and ready-to-respond operations during peak daytime hours.

The role requires current EMT certification (or reciprocity eligibility), a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with state and company protocols.
• Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance and equipment.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurate documentation.
• Ensure the ambulance unit is clean, stocked, and deployment-ready at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and team members.
• Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations.
