Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State EMT Certification (or eligible for reciprocity).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency and non-emergency calls
• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with state regulations and company protocols
• Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance vehicles and equipment
• Perform patient assessments and complete accurate documentation
• Maintain ambulance cleanliness, organization, and readiness for deployment
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, patients, families, and team members
• Follow all safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and excellent customer service at all times
