Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical experience preferred.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with knowledge of motors, VFDs, controls, and PLCs; Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and read electrical/mechanical schematics and drawings.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and related components.
- Diagnose and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems, instrumentation, controls, and automated equipment.
- Complete work orders, PM documentation, and maintenance records while identifying root causes of recurring equipment issues.
- Support equipment installations, continuous improvement initiatives, and safe operations, including OSHA and lockout/tagout requirements.
