Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is hiring a Material Handler/Storekeeper to operate light trucks, vans and pallet movers and deliver supplies to the main campus loading docks and offsite departments.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, 40 hours per week; non-exempt with a potential signing bonus.

Requires a high school diploma and Massachusetts driver's license; physical ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs; join a team that treats every employee as a caregiver.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate light trucks, vans and pallet movers to transport supplies.
• Load/unload supplies and secure them for transport.
• Deliver supplies to main campus loading docks and offsite departments.
• Complete delivery records accurately and participate in inventory tasks.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking and delivering supplies.
