Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking maintenance technicians to safely operate, repair, rebuild and perform maintenance on Company owned or leased heavy duty diesel trucks and equipment, including rolling stock. Starting pay is $28 to $35 per hour, with more pay based on experience and certifications.

Shift is 6am-4pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime after 40 hours. ASE testing reimbursement is provided, with a .25 bump after certification.

Qualifications

• Perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs on Diesel Refuse Trucks.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, brakes, suspension, PTO systems, and other truck components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to keep refuse trucks operating safely and reliably.

Safely operate, repair, rebuild and perform maintenance on Company owned or leased heavy duty diesel trucks and equipment including rolling stock to ensure its ability to operate safely. Starting Pay: $28 to $35 per hour. More pay available based on experience, certifications and skill level. We pay for ASE testing! Once you get your certs is .25 bump per T Series ASE. Shift: 6am-4pm M-F. Overtime after 40hrs worked.
