Job summary

ALL-GAS Company in Hartford, CT is seeking a friendly, dependable Delivery Driver to safely deliver orders of dry ice, compressed gas cylinders, welding supplies, and related items to customers during daytime hours.

You will verify orders, maintain logs, support warehouse coordination, and uphold excellent customer service while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations. A clean driving record and a High School diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL).
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Negative drug and alcohol tests.
• Must pass the required Human Performance Evaluation (HPE).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be available during the day, Monday–Friday (no weekends).
• Knowledge of local roads and routes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently delivering orders (including dry ice, compressed gas cylinders, welding supplies, etc.) to customers in a timely manner.
• Verifying the accuracy of orders before delivery.
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
• Following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Keeping accurate records of deliveries and maintaining delivery logs.
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to coordinate delivery schedules.
