Job summary

The ALL-GAS and Equipment Company in Hartford, CT is seeking a Propane Delivery Driver to safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. This role is customer-facing and emphasizes safety and professionalism.

You will operate a propane delivery truck, complete daily vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery logs, and provide exceptional service while following DOT regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements required.
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
• Propane delivery experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy hoses and equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck (bobtail) in all weather conditions
• Load, transport, and deliver propane to customer locations in accordance with DOT regulations and company procedures
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering basic propane-related questions and addressing concerns
• Perform tank inspections and leak checks when required
• Comply with all safety standards, policies, and local, state, and federal regulations
