SOUTHERN CHAMPION TRAY LLC is hiring for a Cutter Operator Web - Day Shift (3 Day/12 Hour) at the Amnicola Plant in Chattanooga, TN. This role leads the team in safely setting up, maintaining, and operating cutting machines to maximize throughput while ensuring product quality and process safety.

The incumbent will diagnose mechanical issues, document production metrics, and collaborate with maintenance and supervision. Day shifts run 6:30 AM–6:30 PM with responsibilities across shifts as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Basic computer skills and mechanical ability required.
• Must read, understand and communicate in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead setup, maintenance and operation of cutter machines to ensure quality and throughput.
• Identify root causes, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and escalate as needed.
• Review tickets to determine components, settings, and adjustments for cutting machines.
• Maintain production records and ensure a clean, safe work environment according to standards.
