Job summary

Seiler Instrument Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a dedicated custodian to maintain a clean, welcoming office environment. The role involves general cleaning, trash removal, and basic repairs, with daytime hours Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to lift 50 lbs, and capable of walking, reaching, bending and kneeling. Regular attendance and a strong work ethic are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be able to frequently walk, reach, bend and kneel.

Responsibilities

• Trash collection and removal.
• Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping.
• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas.
• Operating ride-on floor sweeper.
• Light snow removal from exit doors and parking lot.
• Light repair work with hand tools.
• Other duties as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
