Responsibilities

• Assists surgeon in sterile field according to AORN Standards of Practice.
• Performs scrub duties in varied specialties/procedures.
• Ensures sterile supplies and equipment are available for the procedure.
• Assists with circulating duties under the RN circulator supervision.
• Adheres to Hospital, State, and departmental policies.
