The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team ensuring high-quality, safe patient care. Working within a governance-supported framework, you will apply evidence-based practice and uphold nursing standards as defined by state boards and professional bodies.

You will lead with patient-centered care, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, mentor staff, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Associates degree or nursing diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• GA RN license required; ACLS/BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing process and evidence-based care tailored to patient needs.
• Provide patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in rounds.
