Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a skilled RN Clinical Nurse in Critical Care to join a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care across shift schedules to support high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include performing the Nursing Process, coordinating care, and participating in governance and performance improvement activities. Requires RN licensure in Georgia, ACLS/BLS, and 2+ years of direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse per Georgia requirements.
• ACLS, BLS, and RN licenses/certifications required (various acceptable providers).
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nursing Process with evidence-based care and individualized planning.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting diversity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate through rounds and documentation.
• Participate in governance, performance improvement, and data collection for safe care.
• Mentor/prehistor to develop future nursing staff and uphold professional standards.
