Qualifications

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Coordinates care through partnerships to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care respectful of diversity.
• Partners with patients and families using bedside shifts, rounds and teaching.
• Practices using current clinical practice standards.
