Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a day shift in Tulsa, OK. You will assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering OT services to patients of all ages under established plans of care.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, communicating outcomes, and supporting staff education and student teaching. Oklahoma licensure and BLS are required; NBCOT is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• OK State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (or temporary license).
• NBCOT certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in providing OT services to patients of all ages as per plan.
• Communicate and document treatment results and patient progress per department policies.
• Serve as resource for team and participate in orientation of new staff and students.
• Assist in teaching activities for OTA students and other health-related learners.
