Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented team member for a steady day shift from 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM, rotating weekly between two schedules.

Primary duties include inspecting product quality, supporting daily production and sales order allocations, and communicating changes to the Commodity, Production, and Shipping teams. You will work in a refrigerated warehouse (45–50 degrees), lifting up to 30 lbs, with forklift safety testing and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Must work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation
• Willing to learn significant product/industry knowledge
• Able to follow-up and manage multiple tasks with good time management
• Must pass forklift safety test and have valid driver’s license or eye exam proof

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sign off on product quality to meet customer specs
• Assist in planning daily production and sales order allocations
• Communicate changes to Commodity Supervisor regarding allocations
• Ensure rework is allocated/planned to meet customer specs
• Coordinate with Commodity, Production, and Shipping teams on expectations
• Maintain regular communication with Production Schedulers/Managers and Receiving regarding priorities
• Update and distribute allocations throughout the day as planned
