Job summary

Hanover Foods Corporation in Hanover, PA is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Associate to support warehousing, shipping, and repacking tasks under the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, loading/unloading trucks with a standup forklift, verifying bills of lading, maintaining GMP and safety practices, and keeping areas clean. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and operate lift equipment; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic math and data recording skills required.
• Ability to record data onto a spreadsheet.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience operating a standup forklift or lift truck is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine warehousing duties under the Supervisor.
• Help load/unload trucks and complete required paperwork.
• Verify bills of lading and ensure accuracy of received goods.
• Operate a standup forklift to move pallets and load trailers.
• Maintain daily forklift batteries and uphold GMP and hygiene standards.
• Report safety or mechanical issues immediately to supervision.
