Qualifications

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints and machining tolerances.
Knowledge of X, Y, Z, 4th and 5th axis machining.
Understand and edit G & M codes, tooling, speeds, and feeds.
Use micrometers and calipers for inspection and quality checks.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and production documentation.
Work with X, Y, and Z axes, including 4th and 5th axis machining.
Change fixtures, tooling, inserts, and offsets for accurate setups.
Edit G & M codes, speeds, and feeds as needed.
Inspect finished parts with micrometers and calipers.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issues.
Maintain tolerances and ensure parts meet specifications.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
