Lincoln Crawford Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Full-Time CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) for dayshift. You will work under RN/LPN supervision to provide compassionate resident care and support daily living activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding, and documenting care. Must hold an active CNA certification and maintain resident dignity and privacy while complying with facility policies.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Knowledge of patient care policies and regulations.
• Current CPR certification and basic life support knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Observe and report health changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document care provided and maintain resident dignity and privacy.
• Follow facility policies and participate in care planning.
• Provide safe transfers and respond to resident needs promptly.
• Collaborate with RN/LPN and other staff to ensure quality care.
