Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to assigned residents per care plans and policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transport as needed.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Document meal intake and weight changes; report to nurse.
