Care Initiatives is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide to support residents in our skilled nursing communities in Kentucky. This full-time role covers 6a-2pm with every other weekend, offering a competitive hourly rate plus shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the care team to promote safety and wellbeing for residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the relevant state or ability to activate certification.
• Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Patient, respectful demeanor and strong caregiver attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Monitor health via routine vital checks.
