Job summary

Sunny Ridge in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. You will answer call lights, assist residents with daily living activities, and monitor comfort and dietary needs with dignity and respect.

We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience, a 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, generous PTO, and tuition reimbursement up to $500 per month for nursing school to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents
• Willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more
• Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs
• Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
