Job summary

Sunny Ridge in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for full-time night shifts (2-10pm). You will maintain medication carts, document administrations in eMAR, administer medications per physician orders, monitor residents, and support the care team.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret basic scientific and technical information in English.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in spoken English.
• Perform basic math, including calculations with standard and weight measurements.
• Demonstrate empathy and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medication carts and supplies; monitor inventory and reorder as needed.
• Accurately document all administrations in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes, concerns, or needs to licensed nursing staff or appropriate department leaders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and team operations.
