American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Monday–Friday day shift at Heritage Park in Fort Wayne, IN. The CNA will assist with weighing residents alongside the dietician and may escort residents to appointments.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
