Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily supportive and functional care for residents in a collaborative, resident-directed care environment. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, meals, and documentation under the supervision of licensed staff.

The ideal candidate will hold CNA certification in Missouri or Illinois or be eligible/enrolled in PA, with a desire to be part of a person-centered care team and strong

Qualifications

• Must possess or be eligible for CNA certification in applicable states.
• Experience in direct patient/resident care is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supportive and functional care to residents as directed by nursing leadership.
• Assist with activities of daily living and feeding as needed.
• Observe residents and report changes to licensed staff.
• Contribute to care/service plans to improve residents' lives.
• Document care provided in clinical records.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
