Job summary

Cayuga Health's Seneca View Nursing Home in Montour Falls, NY is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) on-site. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, help with meals, and support nursing staff while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• NYS CNA certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs and personal care.
• Prepare patient rooms and beds for admission, transfer or discharge.
• Take and document vital signs and blood sugars.
• Assist with meals and nourishment.
• Support nursing staff and respond to call bells promptly.
• Document care in EMR/Point Click Care.
