Recover-Care is seeking Full-time and Part-time CNAs for day shift. The CNA will deliver compassionate patient care under licensed nurses, perform ADLs, monitor vital signs, assist with transfers, and support care plans.

Strong communication, confidentiality, and willingness to learn are essential for this role in a fast-paced facility. The position requires completion of a state approved CNA program, a high school education or equivalent, and compliance with health testing and continuing

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
• High school education or high school equivalency preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English for safety.
• Provide verification of TST as required by state law.
• Basic computer usage or willingness to learn.
• Attend minimum 12 hours continuing education to maintain certification.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care safely, including ADLs, vital signs, and comfort.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and proper positioning.
• Support care planning and implement care plans.
• Care for personal belongings and assist with meals and hydration.
• Record intake/output and ensure PHI confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with licensed staff and other departments as needed.
• Promote safety culture and assist with discharge when requested.
• Attend orientation for new CNAs.
