Westchester Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a Day Shift. Join our caring team and help residents with daily living activities in a state-of-the-art facility.

As a CNA, you will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, provide emotional support, collaborate on care plans, monitor changes, and maintain accurate records. NY CNA cert., strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in New York.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse and healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services.
