Job summary

Monument Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in La Grange, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a full-time day shift. • Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions to care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms or changes to the Charge Nurse.
