Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Observe and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Document food and fluid intake and other resident care details.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and facility data.
• Follow professional standards and facility policies.
