Job summary

Aspirus St. Luke's Clinic in Duluth, MN is seeking a Nurse-Clinic General Practice to join our Community Care team. The role provides professional nursing care in an office setting and coordinates patient care with the health care team.

Under medical direction, you educate patients, manage RX refills, handle portal communications, and support practice standards and procedures. Minnesota RN or LPN license and BLS are required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years nursing experience.
• Current Minnesota RN or LPN license with BLS.
• Willingness to obtain BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider designation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in a clinic setting.
• Coordinate patient care with the health care team.
• Educate patients, families and nursing homes on care plans.
• Manage patient phone calls and portal communications; review RX refills.
• Assist in development and evaluation of practice standards and procedures.
