The role focuses on clinical duties, patient care, and collaboration with nurses and staff to maintain efficient patient flow. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with examinations and procedures, preparing exam rooms, handling specimens, and supporting documentation in the patient record.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: Medical Assistant certification, preferred.
• Experience: Minimal or no experience; 1–2 years preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and patient-care focus required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent patient-centered care and efficient patient flow.
• Assist with patient examinations and procedures as directed by the Medical Provider.
• Prepare exam rooms, handle specimens, and document in the patient record.
• Support with triage, answers to patient inquiries, and Infection Control practices.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure timely and quality care delivery.
