Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and report any hazards, while following safety protocols and working with a team.

The role may require traveling to various customer sites; a valid driver's license may be needed. A bilingual candidate is a plus, with strong communication skills and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on business needs.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team with other employees; respond to supervision.
• Follow protocols, company procedures, and rules.
• Lift up to 35 pounds; drive to multiple sites as needed.
