SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lehi, Utah. The role focuses on cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, performing daily duties, and operating cleaning equipment to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.

The position requires good communication skills, the ability to follow safety procedures, and teamwork to support all shift needs. Training is available for 3–6 months; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Formación

• Education/experience: 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent.
• No specific education requirement.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and their safe, efficient use.

Responsabilidades

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
