Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Driver for our Belgrade, MT location. The role involves transporting building materials using a tractor-trailer, delivering to customers and job sites, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements include a Class A CDL, at least 21 years old, and 2 years of flatbed driving experience with winter driving. Competitive hourly pay from $33 plus an $8,000 bonus, full-time daytime schedule, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• 2 years of previous tractor-trailer flatbed driving experience including winter driving.
• Must be able to drive interstate as business necessitates.
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Must be insurable according to company insurance requirements.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver building materials to customers, distribution centers, and job sites using a tractor-trailer.
• Perform material handling including loading/unloading by hand, forklift or crane.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and address deficiencies.
• Operate onboard recording system and comply with DOT and company policies.
• Deliver products during the day, using a piggy-back trailer-mounted forklift at job sites.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and cycle counts.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
