Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in general building construction, maintenance or repair in one or more of the standard trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, etc.; OR
• Six years of experience assisting in general building construction, maintenance or repair in one or more of the standard trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, etc.; OR
• An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled mechanical maintenance, repair and construction tasks indoors or outdoors under varied conditions.
• Direct the work of other employees at a job site or on a special project when assigned.
