Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in custodial tasks, including floor stripping, waxing and polishing, dusting, and general cleaning across classrooms and common areas.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Tasks include sweeping, vacuums, mops and washes floors and stairs; heavy mechanical equipment for stripping, waxing and polishing floors; dusting and polishing furniture; trash disposal; arranging chairs and tables; moving equipment; window and wall cleaning; laundry duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop and wash floors and stairs.
• Dust and polish furniture and brass; clean windows, walls and fixtures.
• Arrange and move chairs, tables and equipment for events; load/unload trucks as needed.
• May operate clothes washer/dryer for linens and clothing; perform custodial tasks as required.
