Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or trade school diploma with relevant experience.
• 5-8 years of job-related experience; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, assign work orders, and train coworkers and subcontractors.
• Develop a preventative maintenance program for machinery and systems.
• Inspect systems to ensure operation within normal parameters.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools and order materials.
• Schedule maintenance to minimize business interruption; perform repairs and maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and lead cross-functional collaboration.
