Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in chemical manufacturing or blending with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA process safety standards, HazCom/GHS, and chemical handling practices.
• Experience with batch records, ERP/MRP production software, and basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-shift blending operations to meet safety, schedule, and customer specifications.
• Serve as on-shift safety leader, enforcing PPE, PSM, HazCom, and OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, adjust staffing to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Review and approve batch tickets, blend sheets, and QC documentation; verify material lot numbers and sequences.
