Job summary

Spray Products is seeking a Chemical Plant Operator to mix/blend materials, operate process equipment, and maintain production records while ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include unloading materials, operating forklifts, monitoring equipment, and performing quality control analyses at various stages. Candidates should have strong English communication, attention to detail, and be able to work overtime and nights as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a chemical plant environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Must have effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to work overtime and nights as required.

Responsibilities

• Mixing/blending of materials and operation of process equipment.
• Monitor plant equipment and process conditions using instruments, gauges, and meters.
• Unload rail cars and tank wagons; operate forklift to stage materials.
• Ensure products are made per standard manufacturing orders; complete production and quality control reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment; perform QC analysis during manufacturing.
