Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare differential components for blasting by securing parts.
• Operate blasting equipment safely to remove contaminants.
• Inspect blasted components for cleanliness and quality.
• Operate overhead hoists to load/unload racked units.
• Monitor blasting cycle and equipment status.
• Move finished parts to paint booth or designated area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate with Supervisor and Paint Technician about status and issues.
• Cross-train in other production areas and assist with other duties.
• Follow all safety policies and SOPs.
