Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Production Technician in Noblesville, IN to assemble components per engineering drawings and standard work, while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires following instructions, performing 6S duties, and ensuring traceability through sign-off on completed work. The position supports a Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m. shift, with a focus on teamwork, accurate documentation, and timely audits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Ability to read engineering prints/drawings.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per engineering drawings and standard work.
• Follow standardized work instructions to meet quantity and quality specs.
• Rotate assignments within and across cells as needed.
• Sign off on work for traceability and maintain 6S housekeeping.
• Attend team meetings and problem-solving sessions; report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and complete audits.
