Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician, in lieu of Cer AT/Cer ATT.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred (Education).
• Licensure and Certifications required: BLS and ACLS within specified timelines; ASATT certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory and professional standards of care.
• Assist in scheduling and staffing; mentor staff and lead performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish patient care standards.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for patients and staff.
• Assist with hiring, education and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure ongoing clinical relevance and professional development.
